Kathleen Breen

Board Member

After a short career in Occupational Therapy, Kathleen became a full time Mum to her four children living in Carrowshee Park, Lisnaskea. The immediate area had very little amenities for families and children and 20 years ago, she was involved in the setting up of Carrowshee Park/Sylvan Hill Community Association to address these issues. Kathleen has been an active volunteer with the group since then, mostly as Secretary and she also volunteers as a committee member for 4th Fermanagh-Lisnaskea Scouting Ireland Group, Lisnaskea Feis, Board member Fermanagh Rural Community Network and Board Secretary for Erne East Community Partnership Ltd (OAK Healthy Living Centre). Kathleen enjoys her voluntary work and gets a great sense of achievement from helping to improve the amenities, facilities and environment for the people these groups represent. Kathleen has met some inspirational people along the way who have become good friends.
